How are products tailored?
Some products (that are not templates for you to finalize on your own) indicate an option to tailor. Tailoring typically includes options such as adding your company logo and other minor modifications (e.g., your deductible information) to reflect your organization. Products with tailoring options have a Tailoring Options tab listing the options on the product description page. When adding a product to your cart, you will see “Tailor?” and a drop-down menu where you can indicate whether you want to buy the product as is or tailor.
When you purchase the tailoring option of a product, you will receive instructions on how to provide us the necessary files or information so we can complete the tailoring and grant you access to the final product.
Do I have to tailor products?
No. For products that offer a tailoring option, you may decide to buy the product as is. There is a cost difference between the standard option and the tailoring option, which is provided on the product page.
How can I tell which products can be tailored?
Products with tailoring options have a Tailoring Options tab listing the options on the product description page. You will see “Tailor?” and a drop-down menu where you can indicate whether you want to buy the product as is or tailor.
What is the price difference between standard and tailored products?
This depends on the product. You can see the price difference by going to the product page and selecting “yes” in the drop-down menu under “Tailor?” The amount listed next to “yes” on the drop-down menu is the incremental cost of tailoring the product. This amount is added to the standard product cost when added to your shopping cart.
How do I know what I am able to tailor versus what is standard for the various products?
You will find a list of elements that can be tailored by clicking the Tailoring Options button located in the description on the relevant product pages. Tailoring is limited to this list of options. Options may vary by product.
I want to buy a product and add my company’s logo, but I don’t see a tailoring option. Can I have my logo inserted into the product?
All products that can be tailored will be noted on the product page. If no option exists on the product page, then the product is sold as is with no additional tailoring.
