What do I receive when I order a product?

Some products have additional collateral or supporting materials as part of their purchase. A listing of these additional items appears in the Details tab of the product page.

 

I purchased a product from the store but haven’t received/been given access to it. What are the next steps?

Check the product page Details and Specs tabs to understand the method and timing of product delivery since it varies across products.

Contact us if delivery has not occurred in the timing outlined on the product page.

 

I have received a download file for the product I purchased but cannot get the download to work. What do I do?

Some products require specific software programs (e.g., Microsoft© Word, Adobe© Acrobat). Please check the product page Overview and Specs tabs for any requirements. If you do not own the required software programs, please contact us.
