HR Partner Guidance Bundle
We understand that HR challenges are vast, overwhelming and exhausting – whether it's keeping up with changing employment regulations, being an HR department of one or having limited access to resources. This is where HR Partner can assist, providing you with access to an experienced HR practitioner. Our consultants have depth and breadth of experience as well as access to the latest trends and insights from respected thought leaders, allowing us to provide compliance-related and best practice support, coaching and guidance.
Our guidance bundle is intended to be flexible in assisting clients with their day-to-day HR challenges; providing you with up to either five (5) or ten (10) hours* of access to engage with an experienced HR Partner consultant via email, phone or video conference. These hours are designed to be flexible in assisting you with your day-to-day challenges, allowing you to use them to:
- Let our consultants research and respond to a specific employee issue
- Obtain clarity and guidance on a new federal or state regulation or the content in our 11 Employer Guides and/or other WTW research.
- Advise on best practices and trends within the following consulting themes: leave administration, HR procedures and compliance, talent acquisition and management and total rewards
- Provide benchmarking to assist in the assessment/decision making process
- Obtain ad-hoc custom market pricing (i.e. pay data)
*Hours are good for one year
